Service description

Butterbridge provides real-time voice translation for phone calls. You speak in your language, the other person hears a translated version, and vice versa.

Account

You need a Google account to use Butterbridge. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Credits and payments

New accounts receive 3 minutes of free call credits
Additional credits can be purchased through our credit packs
Credits are non-refundable once used
Call duration is rounded up to the nearest 30 seconds for billing
Unused credits do not expire

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the service for illegal, abusive, or harassing calls
Attempt to reverse-engineer or exploit the service
Resell or redistribute access to the service
Use the service to make automated or bulk calls

Service limitations

Translation accuracy depends on speech clarity and language support
The service requires a stable internet connection
Call quality may vary based on network conditions
We do not guarantee 100% translation accuracy

Liability

Butterbridge is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for translation errors, call failures, or any damages resulting from use of the service.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
